（2）動(dòng)力性腸梗阻 是由 于腸壁肌肉運(yùn)動(dòng)功能失調(diào)所致，并無腸腔狹窄，又可分為麻痹性 和痙攣性兩種。前者是因交感神經(jīng)反射性興奮或毒素激腸管而失 去蠕動(dòng)能力，以致腸內(nèi)容物不能運(yùn)行；后者系腸管副交感神經(jīng)過 度興奮，腸壁肌肉過度收縮所致。有時(shí)麻痹性和痙攣性可在同一 患者不同腸段中并存，稱為混合型動(dòng)力性腸梗阻。（3）血運(yùn)性腸 梗阻 是由于腸系膜血管內(nèi)血栓形成，血管栓塞，引起腸管血液循 環(huán)障礙，導(dǎo)致腸蠕動(dòng)功能喪失，使腸內(nèi)容物停止運(yùn)行。2.按腸壁 血循環(huán)分類（1）單純性腸梗阻 有腸梗阻存在而無腸管血循環(huán)障 礙。（2）絞窄性腸梗阻 有腸梗阻存在同時(shí)發(fā)生腸壁血循環(huán)障礙 ，甚至腸管缺血壞死。3.按腸梗阻程度分類可分為*性和不完 全性或部分性腸梗阻。4.按梗阻部位分類可分為高位小腸梗阻、 低位小腸梗阻和結(jié)腸梗阻。5.按發(fā)病輕重緩急分類可分為急性腸 梗阻和慢性腸梗阻。6.閉襻型腸梗阻是指一段腸襻兩端均受壓且 不通暢者，此種類型的腸梗阻zui容易發(fā)生腸壁壞死和穿孔。腸梗 阻的分類是從不同角度來考慮的，但并不是孤立的。
(2) Dynamic intestinal obstruction is caused by dysmotility of the intestinal wall muscles. There is no intestinal stenosis, and it can be divided into paralysis and spasticity. The former is due to sympathetic reflex excitatory or toxin-induced bowel and loss of peristaltic capacity, resulting in inability of intestinal contents to run; the latter is caused by excessive excitement of parasympathetic bowel and excessive contraction of intestinal muscles. Sometimes paralysis and delirium can co-exist in different segments of the same patient's intestine, called mixed dynamic obstruction. (3) Blood-transfusion intestinal obstruction is caused by blood vessel thrombosis and vascular embolization in the mesentery, causing intestinal blood circulation disorder, resulting in loss of peristaltic function and stopping intestinal contents. 2. According to the intestinal wall blood circulation classification (1) simple intestinal obstruction with intestinal obstruction and no intestinal blood circulation disorder. (2) strangulated intestinal obstruction Intestinal obstruction exists simultaneous intestinal wall blood circulation disorder, and even intestinal ischemia and necrosis. 3. The classification of intestinal obstruction can be divided into complete and incomplete or partial intestinal obstruction. 4. According to the classification of obstruction sites can be divided into high intestinal obstruction, low intestinal obstruction and colon obstruction. 5. Classification according to severity of illness can be divided into acute intestinal obstruction and chronic intestinal obstruction. 6. Closed fistula type intestinal obstruction refers to a section of the intestinal fistula that is compressed and unobstructed. This type of intestinal obstruction is most likely to cause intestinal wall necrosis and perforation. The classification of intestinal obstruction is considered from different perspectives, but it is not absoluy isolated.
