　　本文以力敏材料為基礎(chǔ)，通過對(duì)應(yīng)力場反演方法展開研究，實(shí)現(xiàn)了輪胎應(yīng)力測量的可視化。首先，根據(jù)現(xiàn)有輪胎的特征設(shè)計(jì)了新型力敏傳感智能輪胎，分析了力敏智能輪胎的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)；其次，建立了力敏智能輪胎有限元模型，研究了力敏智能輪胎在充氣狀態(tài)、靜態(tài)受載、結(jié)構(gòu)破損三種狀態(tài)下應(yīng)力及變形情況，，構(gòu)建了力敏智能輪胎電壓測量方法，并對(duì)導(dǎo)電硅橡膠材料的力敏性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證，分析了不同狀態(tài)、不同載荷下導(dǎo)電硅橡膠材料的應(yīng)力反演情況.
